The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management and a strong command of digital marketing tools and techniques, graphic design, video editing, and content creation. As the Social Media Manager at Wingos, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and analyzing social media campaigns across various platforms. You will ensure consistent brand messaging and visually appealing creative assets while monitoring social media analytics to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies. You will also lead your team to foster creativity, collaboration, and maintain adherence to project timelines and company objectives.

• Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and social media partners to expand brand reach.

• Respond swiftly and professionally to audience interactions to maintain positive community engagement.
• Evaluate and report on the success of social media campaigns to senior management.
