This role requires a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques, vehicle maintenance, and the specific road layouts within Lahore to ensure timely and secure arrivals. The ideal candidate is a retired army personnel aged between 35 and 45 years, possessing a valid driving license and 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience. The role emphasizes strict adherence to punctuality and road safety to maintain reliable transportation services. Accommodation and three meals are provided for the successful candidate, reflecting the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce. While the role does not involve managing a team, it demands high personal responsibility and the ability to operate independently under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering strictly to defensive driving principles and traffic laws.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Lahore’s routes to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to guarantee vehicle reliability and safety.
- Prioritize punctuality and time management to meet scheduled transportation demands effectively.
- Ensure the security of passengers and transported goods during transit.
- Report any vehicle issues promptly to the maintenance department to prevent delays or safety hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding vehicle usage, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle environment at all times.
- Demonstrate discipline and professionalism consistent with military training in all duties.
- Communicate effectively with supervisory staff regarding daily schedules and transportation requirements.
