Work Together is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team, focusing on residential and commercial properties in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time role involves actively engaging with potential buyers and investors to promote available properties, coordinating site visits, negotiating sales terms, and closing property deals. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of sales experience, with strong skills in negotiation, closing, and client relationship management. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it demands a confident and target-driven professional with good knowledge of the Bahria Town property market and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

The Sales Executive handles all aspects of the sales process, starting from generating and following up on leads, inquiries, and client referrals. This position requires proactively presenting plots, houses, and apartments to interested buyers and investors, arranging and conducting site visits to showcase properties, and skillfully negotiating terms to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal departments to complete booking and documentation processes efficiently.

The Sales Executive maintains ongoing relationships with existing clients and investors to support repeat business and referrals. They are responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets by using effective sales strategies and a deep understanding of the Bahria Town area and its real estate offerings. Owning personal transport is preferred to facilitate client visits and meetings, and the candidate must present themselves professionally and confidently while remaining highly motivated and results-oriented.
