HIRING - Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Worldlinkx Logistics is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive specializing in freight forwarding. This role demands a solid understanding of logistics and freight forwarding processes, along with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in freight, logistics, courier, or shipping sectors and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and negotiate client requirements. The Sales Executive will actively analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of Worldlinkx Logistics by driving sales efforts. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires a self-driven approach and strong coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers in the freight forwarding sector.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by conducting thorough market analysis and understanding customer needs.
• Provide product and service information to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of freight forwarding services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Track sales performance metrics and report progress regularly to management.
