Responsibilities
- Demonstrate various poses according to the creative direction and style requirements during photoshoots.
- Collaborate effectively with photographers, stylists, and makeup artists to bring out the best visual results.
- Lead and manage a team of 8 persons, ensuring coordination and efficient execution of photoshoot activities.
- Maintain physical fitness and appearance to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Adapt to different shooting environments and themes while maintaining professionalism and focus.
- Participate in rehearsals and planning sessions to understand the creative vision and prepare accordingly.
- Ensure timely attendance and readiness for scheduled photo sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage wardrobe and props in collaboration with the styling team to achieve desired looks.
- Stay updated on modeling trends and techniques to continually improve performance and deliver innovative results.
