WE ARE HIRING – FLOOR STAFF
Position: Store Assistant / Floor Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating products and items.
- Arrange and organize products on supermarket shelves.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
- Check product prices, labels and expiry dates.
- Guide customers regarding product availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned aisles.
- Coordinate with store management and other staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Well-mannered, responsible and punctual.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating products and provide guidance on product availability.
- Arrange, organize, and maintain products on supermarket shelves to ensure optimal presentation.
- Maintain product displays ensuring shelves are properly stocked and tidy at all times.
- Check product prices, labels, and expiry dates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned aisles to uphold store standards.
- Coordinate effectively with store management and other employees to enhance store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and fostering a welcoming shopping environment.
- Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety regulations during daily activities.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development as provided by the company.
- Support inventory management by reporting stock shortages and replenishing items as needed.
