Description

Z. Hasan Enterprises is seeking a skilled and dependable Site Supervisor to oversee construction and renovation projects for bank branches in Karachi and the Sindh region. This role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and discipline. The candidate will supervise a team of five individuals and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to achieve timely completion of work while maintaining effective communication channels and maintaining detailed site records. The ideal candidate holds 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial construction or interior projects, with solid knowledge of civil, interior, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works. They demonstrate the ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately and possess strong organizational and coordination skills to manage site activities independently. Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and renovation activities to ensure alignment with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth site operations and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Monitor civil, interior, and MEP work progress to maintain adherence to project timelines and technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough quality checks of workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Maintain site discipline, safety protocols, and cleanliness to provide a secure and organized work environment.
• Generate and maintain daily site reports and records to provide accurate progress tracking and documentation for project management.
• Collaborate with the project team by reporting daily progress and identifying potential challenges requiring attention.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, reducing risks and promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Manage work schedules and supervise a team of five personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Identify site issues proactively and coordinate with relevant teams for timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure all site operations reflect company policies, contractual obligations, and local regulatory requirements.
