As a leader managing a team of 100 persons, the Security Guard plays a pivotal role in supervising daily security operations, coordinating with security supervisors, and enforcing visitor management protocols with precision. This role demands strong observational skills, adherence to identity verification procedures, and meticulous documentation of all incidents and security-related activities. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols to monitor and secure the premises and deter unauthorized activities.
• Oversee access control by verifying identity credentials and managing entry and exit points.
• Monitor CCTV cameras continuously to detect and respond to suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Manage visitor access through comprehensive screening and verification procedures.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, minimizing risk to people and property.
• Record detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security events and footage evidence.
• Coordinate with security supervisors and other team members to ensure cohesive security operations.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to the security team of 100 personnel to enhance performance.
• Handle security screenings to prevent unauthorized items from entering the premises.
• Maintain clear communication channels to report security breaches or potential threats.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations related to security practices.
