Security Supervisor

Zam Zam Security is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of personnel and property. The ideal candidate possesses extensive expertise in security operations management, incident response, and emergency management. This role requires a deep understanding of health and safety compliance and the ability to conduct thorough site inspections and security patrols. The Security Supervisor will lead a team of five personnel, guiding them to maintain high standards of security measures and to swiftly address any safety concerns or incidents. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of five security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
• Manage security operations including scheduling security patrols and conducting thorough site inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and implement emergency management procedures to respond effectively to incidents and crises.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Utilize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems to monitor security events and identify potential threats.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments to proactively prevent security breaches and accidents.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely escalation to management.
• Coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring swift and effective resolution of security incidents.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to company rules regarding residency, food provisions, leaves, and bonuses as part of employee management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security and safety management.
• Review and update security policies and procedures regularly to improve operational effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of security equipment to guarantee availability and functionality.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess security effectiveness and compliance.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring the safety and security of all personnel and property.
