The position demands at least three years of relevant experience and a minimum education level of matriculation. Candidates should be between the ages of 25 and 45 and must possess strong observational skills alongside a keen sense of responsibility. As a Security Guard at Zee Avenue, you will be the first line of defense ensuring the safety of the property, employees, and visitors. Your duties include conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV systems to detect any irregular activities or security breaches. You will be expected to prepare accurate incident reports and collaborate with emergency responders when necessary. This role does not involve managing a team, but requires strong individual initiative, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrolling of assigned areas to deter and detect security breaches.
• Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify suspicious activities.

• Manage crowd control during events or high-traffic situations.

• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while on duty.
