Zero Lifestyle is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to join our team and contribute to the financial health and operational success of our organization. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years' experience in the e-commerce or retail industry and possesses strong expertise in financial reporting and advanced use of Microsoft Excel. This role requires managing a team of one person, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and insightful reporting to support business decisions. The Assistant Manager Finance will oversee day-to-day financial activities, including preparing accurate reports, analyzing financial data, and coordinating with various departments to optimize financial performance. The position involves a combination of leadership and technical finance responsibilities, requiring excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to meet deadlines and support strategic initiatives within Zero Lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a finance team member, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams within e-commerce or retail operations to align financial goals and strategies.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models using advanced Excel functions to support business planning.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Monitor and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Support audit activities by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors as required.
• Recommend improvements in financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices relevant to financial management in e-commerce and retail.
• Assist senior management by providing insightful financial analyses and reports for strategic decision-making.
