ZJBSK is seeking a dedicated DEX Hero to join their team. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient parcel delivery while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism. This role requires individuals who are attentive to detail, have good reading skills, and can effectively interact with customers to provide a seamless delivery experience. The DEX Hero plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by handling parcels carefully and following established procedures throughout the delivery process. The successful candidate must comply with the company's documentation requirements including identity verification and other necessary paperwork. This position does not involve managing a team but requires strong individual work ethics and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The DEX Hero contributes significantly to the operational success of ZJBSK by ensuring parcels reach their destination safely and on time while upholding the company's standards and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels promptly and safely to designated locations according to the assigned route and schedule.
• Verify delivery addresses and recipient information to ensure accurate and successful parcel delivery.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and supervisors regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Read and understand delivery instructions and documents accurately to avoid errors and delays.
• Handle parcels with care to prevent damage or loss during transportation and delivery.
• Collect necessary delivery signatures or proof of delivery to confirm parcel receipt.
• Ensure all required documentation such as copies of identification, police verification, and other legal documents are completed and submitted as per company policy.
• Report any delivery discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints promptly to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety guidelines while operating delivery vehicles or traveling on routes.
• Maintain organized records of daily deliveries, returns, and any exceptions to streamline operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to optimize delivery processes and improve overall customer experience.
• Manage personal time effectively to meet daily delivery targets and service deadlines.
• Safeguard company property including vehicles, electronic devices, and parcels while on duty.
