In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries through live chat, guide potential customers by providing accurate information about our services, and convert leads into successful sales. Responsibilities
- Generate and prospect new leads through various channels to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and potential for conversion into customers.
- Engage prospective clients through clear and effective communication in English to understand their requirements.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation and conversion processes.
- Manage customer relationships by providing timely follow-up, addressing inquiries, and offering product information.
- Monitor and achieve assigned sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet performance metrics during the night shift.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
